Ordering your bespoke packaging with Wrapology is simple

For over a decade we have manufactured printed carrier bags, rigid boxes, fabric pouches, gift card envelopes, tissue paper and wrapping papers. We follow 6 simple rules for each and every order to ensure we deliver a good product and an even better service. So, here's our process for successful packaging purchasing:

1) Discuss your requirements

Your business may have a brief already or you are not sure what you want. Our account handlers will listen to your requirements and ask the important questions: What is the delivery date, the packing specs, the quantities required and so on.

2) Provide a quotation

We will provide a quotation which will break down all the options and include all the costs. There will be no hidden costs as we factor in all plate costs and delivery costs at the point of the quotation. Providing you are happy with can move onto stage 3.

3) Art working

We can supply your designers or design agency with the cutter guide or we can provide the art working in house. Our designers are trained and knowledgeable with packaging design and will be able to advise and assist with the designing process.

4) Sampling

For any product manufactured in our China in the Far East we will always provide a sample. This is a crucial part of the development process and allows you to check that the quality of the product is consistent with your expectations.

5) Final production

We will make your goods and the order will be quality controlled before the goods are released from the factory. A report and images are sent to your account handler so that they can check it matches your specification.

6) Delivery

When the goods arrive our warehouse will book the goods in for delivery quoting any P.O references or booking in requirements that you would of given to us.

Delivery Dates

For products made in our China factory, the lead times are typically 8-10 weeks. Please allow 2-3 weeks for samples.

For products made in our European factory, the lead times are typically 4 weeks.

Minimum Orders

Our minimum order typically starts from 1,000 units. This applies to printed carrier bags, printed boxes, printed tissue papers and printed wrapping papers.

Auditing

Our factory in China is fully audited to ensure that workers are not exploited and that considerations have been made for the environment. A copy of our certifications and audit reports are available on request.
